Elite Pools. will be managing the CCR pool this season. We ask that residents cooperate with the lifeguards and supervisory staff who will be enforcing the procedures and rules and regulations of our pool. The pool will be opening full time beginning Saturday, June 28, 2025.

If you received a pool pass last year, the passes can be utilized this year. If you require a new pass, please see the building staff. Pool passes can be picked up from the Maintenance Office beginning on June 1,2025

If you are a new resident or have misplaced last year’s pass, please fill out an application form and return it to the Maintenance office or to Douglas Elliman Property Management, in order to be issued a 2024 Pool Pass. There will be a $5.00 administrative fee applied to your maintenance account for any lost Pool Pass.

If you are single or living alone you will be permitted to have one guest (free of charge) for the pool season.  If you will wish to have a guest, please fill out the application form in the maintenance office and you will be issued an additional pass for your guest.

In order to ensure only residents of CCR and their guests have access to the CCR pool, residents must present a form of photo identification (e.g. driver’s license) along with their pool pass.

Guest passes will remain the same; $7.00 for adults (16 years and older) and $5.00 for children (5 years to 15 years) and seniors (62 years and older). Guest passes should be purchased in advance from the Office/Management Company. Checks only please; no cash will be accepted. There is a $25.00 fee for a season pass for a Babysitter or Mothers’ Helper. If you need an emergency guest pass you may fill out a form obtained at the pool. The associated Guest Fees will be charged to your maintenance account.

2025 POOL RULES

1.  No one is allowed in the pool area unless a lifeguard is present.
2.  No runninglball playing, scooters or bikes on the pool deck
3. No foodlbeverages on the pool deck. Please eat in the designated picnic area. No alcoholic beverages in the pool area. No eating/drinking while in the pool.
4. Children who are not potty trained must wear rubber pants in addition t’o a diaper when in the pool.
5. No nude or topless swimming/sunbathing. No thong bathing bikinis or otherwise revealing swimwear at the pool. Please help us maintain a family atmosphere at the CCR pool.
6. Children unable to clean themselves must be accompanied to the restroom.
7. Children unable to swim without the use of swimming aids are restricted to the shallow end of the pool. An adult must accompany a non-swimming child into the water.
8. No cell phone/camera use while user of the said device has contact with the water in anyway. Be respectful to neighbors when using cell phones.
9. All water sports equipment must be approved by the lifeguard prior to use.
10. All audio equipment is to be used with headphones so as not to disturb other guests, i.e. iPods, Discmans or cassette devices. No boom boxes.
11. No smoking in the pool area. Please go outside the pool area if you wish to enjoy a cigarette or cigar.
12. There is no diving allowed by order of the Westchester County Health Dept.
13. A guest is defined as any non-resident of CCR over age of 5 who enters the pool area regardless of whether the said person plans to swim or not.
14. No chicken fights or other rough play.
15. No sunbathing, walking on, jumping over, or off the wall between the children’s area and adult pool. Only parents/babysitters watching children may sit on this wall (and only at the edges so as not to disturb the lifeguard’s view of the pool) in order to watch their children while they are in the children’s area.
16. No one except the lifeguard may enter the pool house for any reason.
17. All resident members must sign in upon arrival at the pool area.
18. Toys/flotation devices are located in the boxes behind lifeguard station # 1. Please return toys/flotation devices to these boxes when you have finished using them.
19. We encourage all pool members to anticipate how many guest passes they may need for the season, and purchase them in advance at the maintenance office.  As a courtesy, pool members that are CCR Shareholders, and who need emergency guest passes, may fill out a form obtained at the pool. Pool guest fees will be charged to their maintenance account.
20. Pool passes are issued to CCR residents at the discretion of the managing company, which reserves the right to revoke a pool pass, for just cause.
21. Pool membership cards are nontransferable.
22. Please do not leave your child unattended at the pool or ask the lifeguard to watch them – even for a short time. Children under 12 may not swim  unaccompanied by an adult. Children 12 and under must pass a swim test administered by the lifeguard before they may swim in the deep end.
23.  Members are asked to inform their guests of all pool rules and are responsible for their behavior.
24. No pets allowed.

Please note that Country Club Ridge Tenants Corp. strives to promote a “family atmosphere” at their pool. Excessive loud noise or foul language will not be tolerated. Ally patron or guest indulging in such behavior will be asked to leave the pool area and not be allowed back for the remainder of the day.
